DongBei Special Steel Group Shandong Yinglun Machincal Co.,Ltd.founded in Sep. 2006 and formerly known as Zhaoyuan Gear Factory founded in 1986, is a state holding company co-established by Dongbei Special Steel Group and Shandong Yinglun Machinery Co., Ltd. With 650 employees, our company mainly produces automobile engine gears and gear boxes with an annual output of 700,000 sets and automobile rear axle spiral bevel gears with an annual output of 100,000 sets.

Our company now has the total assets of RMB 240 million (including the fixed assets of RMB 160 million), a floor area of 75,000 square meters and a building area of 17,000 square meters. We co-established “Shandong University Yinglun Engineering Technology Center” with Shandong University and possessed 76 technicians, possessing domestic first-class R&D ability. By right of the strong research and production capacity of Dongbei Special Steel Group to gear steel, we have realized the overall control from raw materials to delivery of finished products.

We have passed the certification of TS16949:2002 Quality Management System. As Shandong High-tech Enterprise and Yantai Star Enterprise, we integrate research and manufacture of gears. We have over 500 sets of gear processing equipment, with GB10095 5-level batch processing precision and GB10095 4-level technical ability.

By virtue of technical advantages, cost advantages and brand advantages, we mainly provide supporting service for Weichai Power, Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Foton Lovol Power, Cater Mountain Work Machinery, Deutz Engineer, Shandong Pengxiang Axle, Liaoning Shuguang Axle, etc. Our products rank first in sales volume in the Shandong trade.
